Your role:


  • Develop and implement instructional concepts globally
  • Conduct onsite and virtual training for outside and inside sales teams in selected countries
  • Design and execute virtual and instructorled international programs and trainings in collaboration with sales and business departments
  • Create a multiyear roadmap for internalizing existing sales training programs and develop a strategy for sales training within the WIKA group

Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales, consulting, training, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a multinational company
  • Coaching experience is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, selfmotivated, and strong work ethic
  • Proven success in designing, developing, leading, and managing sales training programs
  • Fluent in English and German
