We are looking for a Call Center Agent / Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) Logistics for our location in Dietzenbach, Belleville, PA.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the care of our customers (no sales)
You handle telephone and written communication with production branches, customers, and carriers
You support the entire logistics process from order acceptance to delivery, including all documentation
You are responsible for invoice verification as well as incoming and outgoing goods
You check and book incoming documents

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d)
