Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer care and active sales, including developing advertising materials in close collaboration with the client
Creating quotes, order processing, monitoring product finishing, and delivering to the customer
Preparing necessary shipping documents (invoices, customs papers, etc.)
Participating in 4 trade shows per year (in Germany) as an exhibitor

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training
Experience in customer care and order processing
Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
High selfmotivation and ability to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
