Your main tasks and responsibilities: * Independent processing of personnel administration from entry to exit (excluding payroll accounting) * Assistance in application management - (job advertisements, appointment coordination, rejections and, if necessary, conducting interviews) * Responsibility for training of commercial apprentices * Organization of events * Participation in HR projects * Recording of changes in working time management of employees (vacation, illness, accident) and control of time stamps * Collaboration in the admin team and other administrative tasks, e.g.

- Further education as a personnel clerk and vocational trainer
- Several years of practical experience in a similar position with corresponding expertise
