Your Responsibilities * Data mutations, tariff adjustments and invoicing across all supply areas and services * Contact person for customer inquiries, both in person at the reception and in writing and by phone * System and process handling of our energy products and contracts * Maintenance and coordination of master data in our customer system innosolvenergy * Collaboration in ongoing optimization of internal processes and testing of changes * Support in administrative tasks Your Profile * Commercial or technical education, ideally with experience in energy invoicing * High service orientation, enjoyment of dealing with customers and employees * Very good user knowledge of MS Office and innosolvenergy.
