Your tasks:

  • Caring for, educating, and promoting the development of children
  • Selecting appropriate methods and materials based on the situation and interests of individual children and the group
  • Building a trusting partnership with parents
  • Using empathy and a listening ear to mediate conflicts and provide comfort
  • Organizing projectrelated outings and other leisure activities

What you bring:

  • Completed training as an educator or degree in social work or social pedagogy
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to contribute to the conceptual work
  • Creativity in working with children
  • Reliability and flexibility
