Your responsibilities

Technical and disciplinary management of the Logistics Distribution Center department
Responsibility for warehouse and shipping operations to our Klüber companies and direct customers
Responsibility for occupational safety and health promotion within the department in cooperation with responsible authorities
Definition and implementation of departmental goals within the company's strategy
Definition and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management and control of logistics activities based on KPIs, including implementation of corrective measures to ensure goal achievement
Continuous improvement of logistics processes through appropriate measures and projects to increase efficiency based on the company's strategy and
