Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for working along side the warehouse manager to help with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and structure through strong communication and organizational skills.

This is a critical role that requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
Document Control and delivery to team members
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Manage the scheduling maintenance and repairs
Receiving of purchase orders in our internal systems
Assist with counter sales for Will Call customers
Create and Print tags and labels
Process and Retrieve material traceability reports for inbound and outbound orders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Proficient in using Microsoft office and inventory management systems
Experience with fleet management and dispatching is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

$ $18.00 per hour
