Description

Welcome to AIXTRON In your role as "Installation Performance Manager (m/f/d)", you will drive the installation of our products at the customer to the highest level of efficiency and quality.

Through data-based continuous improvement of processes and tools, as well as ensuring design improvements for new product generations, you will optimize for the future.

During the commissioning of product groups for which you are responsible, you will work together with regional management teams to ensure compliance with processes, safety procedures, and reporting, ensuring satisfied customers.

You are the "Product Owner of Installation"

Your Mission:

As part of our dynamic and innovative team, you will take the installation of our products to the next level.
You will conduct databased analyses to identify and solve quality issues, identify and implement best practices, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our installation processes.
You will also ensure the planning and monitoring of commissioning and escalate any discrepancies in a timely manner.
You will work closely with our regional organizations to develop and implement new, modern working methods focused on customer interaction, planning, reporting, and escalation.

Your Profile:

You have completed a degree or training in a technical, scientific, or business field, or have a comparable qualification with a good technical understanding.
You have a performanceoriented mindset and ideally have experience with Lean Management methods consulting experience is an additional advantage.
