Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide technical expertise on our PRO.FILE solutions to both national and international companies.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing projects, from specification to integration. This includes advising customers, facilitating workshops, gathering and discussing customer requirements, and implementing best practices.


Location:
This is a hybrid position based in Hamburg, Essen, or Karlsruhe, Germany.


Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the improvement of engineering processes by integrating various CAD and ERP systems and document management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of PRO.FILE solutions.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to project teams, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the software implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to office and client locations.
• Experience with software implementation for external clients.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CAD products.
• Experience with business processes in the machine or plant construction industry.
• Experience with product data or document management systems (PDM, CAD, DMS
