Equipment and Wheel Loader Operator (m/f/d)

for our location in Rodewisch.

Are you ready for an exciting role in a dedicated, small team, without constantly being on the road? We offer a permanent position directly at our location, where you work together with your colleagues on a daily basis and are part of a strong community.

We are a medium-sized company in the owner-managed REIKAN Group. REIKAN Mineralik GmbH specializes in the processing of soils and concrete into valuable secondary raw materials in the sense of circular economy.

YOUR TASKS
  • Independent operation and maintenance of wheel loaders and possibly excavators
  • Operation of processing plants such as screening and crushing plants
  • Loading and unloading activities
  • Compliance with safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for all
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in handling construction machinery, especially wheel loaders
  • A strong team spirit and willingness to actively contribute
  • A responsible and independent way of working
  • Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
