This is how you contribute:


  • Independent commercial processing of construction projects, including invoicing and billing
  • Contract management, construction site control, invoice verification
  • Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project management
  • Identification of projectrelated risks
  • Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations
  • Conducting projectrelated correspondence in accordance with VOB (German construction contract procedures) in coordination with project and construction management

This is what you bring:


  • Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar position and industry
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and proficient use of SAP
  • Technical understanding
  • Organizational skills and communication skills
