*Your tasks*Almost every product at GEMÜ is developed and manufactured in-house - support our team as a Senior Lean Specialist (m/f/d) with your expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
* *Variety of tasks:
- You analyze data and key figures to evaluate the success of continuous improvement measures and derive recommendations for action
* *Projects:
- You accompany improvement projects from planning to implementation
* *Efficiency:
- You develop solution proposals and measures to optimize processes and increase efficiency
* *Analysis:
- You conduct root cause analyses to determine the reasons for problems and bottlenecks
* *Communication:
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement and raise awareness among employees for the importance of continuous improvement, including conducting training on continuous improvement principles and methodologies
