As a Construction Manager, you will manage existing and new renovation projects and ensure that construction sites are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality


Your tasks will include:

  • Management and coordination of planners and subcontractors
  • Final settlements with the client, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring of occupational safety and weekly reporting of inventory reports
  • Participation in tendering and award processes
  • Conducting acceptance inspections
  • Close coordination with project managers
