Responsibilities:
- Support and deputize for the production manager in the precast concrete plant
- Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing ongoing production processes
- Monitoring deadlines, quality, and performance requirements
- Coordination with involved departments
- Ensuring workplace safety and health and environmental protection
Requirements:
- Construction technician, concrete and reinforced concrete builder, bricklayer, or carpenter master
- Leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous work ethic
