We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Office to lead our global team of Security Officers in Group, area, region, and country. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices, and a proven track record of success in managing Cyber Security teams in a large-scale corporate or industrial environment.

The Head of Security Office will be responsible for designing, defining, and executing a risk-based strategy and roadmap for Cyber Security in a production-focused environment. They will also act as a trusted advisor to relevant stakeholders in the business departments and the VP Security (Group CISO).

One of the key functions of this role is to focus on Cyber Security products and processes across all Heidelberg Materials business lines, while maintaining a network of experts in the market. The Head of Security Office will also oversee strategic Cyber Security projects, ensuring
