What to expect

You will teach specific subjects in the field of social work, such as social history, philosophy and ethics, professional development and introduction to social work (for more insights, see the module handbook).

You will support our students in all questions related to the courses and prepare them for their professional careers.
You will confidently lead practical courses and tutorials and design them using high-quality learning materials provided by us.
You will also be responsible for creating and correcting exams, as well as designing and evaluating teaching materials (e.g. scripts, videos).
Your expertise is needed for the development of didactic projects and the further development of the department.

What you bring
Relevant academic profile in the field of social work with a focus on social law, social economy, sociology or educational sciences, as well as a master's, diploma (university/FH) or doctorate
Practical professional experience in the subject area to be taught
First experience (e.g. as a tutor, teacher, lecturer or academic staff member) in academic teaching would be desirable
High interest in innovative, digital and modern education
Enjoyment of working
