Sales Processing/Dispatch Clerk in the Dairy Equipment Customer Service Department


Job Description:

Your exciting tasks:


  • Processing purchase requests, placing orders with suppliers, and checking order confirmations
  • Communication with suppliers, customers, field staff, and accounting
  • As a clerk in the dairy and cooling technology service department, you will handle orders independently.
  • You have a clear overview and can professionally handle complaints when processing and checking warranty and goodwill claims.
  • You are responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse and always have the inventory under control.
  • You schedule our customer service technicians and are available as a contact person for any inquiries.

Qualifications:

What you bring with you:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Commercial work experience is an advantage
  • Experience in dispatching and materials management
  • Knowledge of agricultural technology is desirable
