Your tasks:

  • Organizing financial accounting in compliance with legal regulations
  • Posting and booking all business transactions
  • Reconciliation and management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank and cash accounts
  • Responsible for debt collection and monitoring of outstanding payments
  • Preparation of business analyses and important information for management
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • All yearend closing activities
  • Management of tax payments
  • Creation of budgets
  • Timely reporting to authorities and administrations
  • Monitoring and recording of inventory levels
  • Maintenance of master data
  • General evaluation of business data
  • Contact person for auditors
  • Support and coverage for invoicing and accounts payable tasks during vacations
  • Support and coverage for tasks within the scope of executive assistance
  • Collaboration and mutual coverage in the area of financial accounting for companies within the corporate group

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, business studies with a focus on finance, or equivalent qualification
  • Commercial understanding and interest in numbers, data, and facts
  • Calculative skills with good MS Office knowledge
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Friendly and open communication with colleagues and superiors
  • Ability to take on new tasks and organize them in a structured manner
