Your responsibilities with us:

  • Responsible for all administrative and operational processes in the cold storage area (2°C - 8°C)
  • Personnel management, staff scheduling, and employee training
  • Monitoring and controlling KPIs in the cold storage area
  • Compliance with applicable GxP, safety, fire protection, and hazardous goods regulations
  • Optimization of work processes, problem solving, and risk analysis
  • Communication and coordination in cross-departmental work processes
