We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at our facility in Kaltenkirchen, Germany. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating contract negotiations for rental and equipment service contracts within the offshore installation service sector.

Duties/Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for rental and equipment service contracts within the offshore installation service sector.
Drive individual customer opportunities for rental services and equipment sales contracts in the assigned market sector.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and influencers within their organization, and track them in our CRM system.
Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline to ensure transparency and accurate tracking.
Utilize KPIs and digital tools to drive sales activities, including customer and stakeholder meetings, proposal writing, contracting,
