We are looking for a heroic Scrum Master for a Freiburg-based software company that has been living agile for many years.

This company supports B2C customers throughout the DACH region with its versatile software solutions.

Your mission will be to drive the development of the products as one of several Scrum Masters, by supporting one of the product teams with your agile toolkit.

Your main tasks will include:
Conducting and moderating Scrum ceremonies in daily business
Supporting the cross-functional team in implementing agile principles, also with targeted coaching and workshops
As a member of the Scrum Master team, you will identify obstacles and drive strategic organizational development

To be successful in this role, you should bring:
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with relevant certification
You have a well-stocked toolkit and are passionate about taking teams on an agile journey with empathy
Strong communication skills and very good German and proficient English skills
Enthusiasm for agile methods and processes
