Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller (m/f/d) who will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in our company in the field of renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and ensuring project control processes to ensure that all project services are delivered and execution and performance are ensured through planned project reviews with the operations and EPC departments.

Collaborating with the operations and EPC departments in the development, implementation, and improvement of standard processes, tools, and work methods, as well as reviewing and addressing project deviations (cost or technical-operational solutions); serving as an escalation point for systemic project management issues.

Responsibility for all workflows in the ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.

Supervising and regularly reviewing accounting with the head accountant.

Preparing regular financial and operational reports as well as BI reports.

Main point of contact for external relationships, including auditors, tax advisors, and other related authorities, to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibility for collaborating with external tax advisors in the preparation and submission of required annual tax reports, financial statements, and VAT forms in accordance with company and state guidelines under local legal requirements, such as HGB, IFRS, and possibly other jurisdictions, among others.
