Your profile

  • You are a qualified care assistant according to 43b or 53c SGB XI.
  • You enjoy supporting and accompanying older people in their daily lives.
  • You have a friendly demeanor and are comfortable interacting with people.
Your tasks
- intensive one-on-one care for our residents
- conducting small group activities tailored to the needs of our residents
- documenting care services provided using modern care software

We offer you
- an employment contract according to BAT KF collective agreement, company pension plan (KZVK), annual bonus, and shift allowances for Sundays and holidays
