These are the tasks you can expect:

Timely execution and coordination of vehicle orders (new and used cars)
Order processing and monitoring of vehicle dispatch
Coordination of contract management and billing
Controlling, reporting, and inventory management
Bonus planning, control, and monitoring
Professional support of the sales team in all processes related to dispatch
Processing and control of transactions with affiliated companies

This is what you bring to the table:

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry
Professional experience as a dispatcher (m/f/d), ideally in the VW Group automotive trade
Affinity for working with (brand) IT systems such as CROSS, EVA, NADIN, MS Office
Good understanding of sales processes
High level of commitment and interest in taking on responsibility
