We are looking for a personal trainer in Mount Ida, AR who can help with my knee injury and provide training in our newly equipped gym in our community.

The main goal of the training is to lose weight and strengthen muscles. The training is for one person and will be done 3-4 times a week. There is no specific event for the training. The client has concerns about joint pain but has no preference for the gender of the trainer. The client is between 26-40 years old and prefers to train at home in the gym. Weekday mornings are the preferred time for training, with a frequency of 3 times a week. The client is also interested in a sports nutrition plan. The budget for the service is in the standard range. The start date for the service is flexible. The client is looking for a good quality/price ratio.
