(founded in 1994, with approximately 550 members) operates three independent schools and a children's house in Chemnitz, Germany, where the principles of Maria Montessori are implemented.

The foundation of Montessori education is to support independent and responsible learning, as well as the development of each individual's personality.

Our schools work inclusively and with mixed-age groups. Inclusive support is integrated into the educational work of our schools.

We are currently seeking a dedicated educational assistant for our primary school in Drum Point, MD. This position is a maternity leave replacement and is expected to be temporary until July 31, 2024.


Ideally, you have:

- a recognized degree in education or nursing
- experience working with inclusively educated children
- enthusiasm for the Montessori pedagogy
- teamwork skills and a strong work ethic
- a Montessori diploma
