Legal Counsel (m/f/d) / Lawyer (m/f/d) / Commercial Intellectual Property

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) / Lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on Commercial Intellectual Property for a law firm in Stuttgart on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Providing legal advice and representing clients in disputes
Protecting or defending commercial property rights, know-how, and intellectual property
Independently managing clients from both domestic and international markets

Profile

Successfully completed first and second state examination
Prior experience in the field of Commercial Intellectual Property is preferred but not required
Strong interest in all areas of commercial property rights, as well as trademark and design law
Excellent English skills
Understanding of legal and economic contexts
