The one- or two-year training at the Fachoberschule leads to the acquisition of the Fachhochschulreife. This ensures nationwide access to all degree programs at universities of applied sciences and vocational academies.

Are you interested in economic relationships, management, or marketing? Do you enjoy organizing and have a passion for office work? By attending our Fachoberschule for Business and Administration, you will prepare for a degree program in areas such as business administration, management, marketing, business informatics, or administration.

The Fachhochschulreife is also advantageous for commercial professions such as office clerk, real estate agent, or bank clerk.

Admission requirements for the two-year Fachoberschule:
Secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent intermediate school leaving certificate

A minimum grade of 3 is desired in the subjects German, English, and Mathematics

Secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent intermediate school leaving certificate and

A relevant vocational qualification or

At least three years of relevant work experience


Structure and Internship:
In the 11th grade, it is the student's responsibility to secure an internship position in the commercial field (e.g. administration, secretariat, purchasing/sales, clerical work, accounting, etc.).

The internship has a total duration of 100 days and is completed three days a week. On the other two weekdays,
