Our client is a medium-sized, family-owned bakery located in the eastern part of Bremen with a total of 15 locations.
Are you looking to take on responsibility in a traditional bakery and prioritize high quality? Then we are looking for you to join our team in a permanent positionYour responsibilities:
- Managing the entire production process
- Ensuring continuous improvement and smooth production flow
- Leading and developing all employees
- Ensuring optimal staffing and annual vacation planning
- Continuously developing the product range
- Managing production from a business and technical standpoint
- Overseeing crossfunctional projects in the technical field
- Organizing quality management and quality standards
Your qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship in the bakery trade, preferably with a master's degree
- Additional qualifications such as technician, business administrator, or comparable education or degree
- Leadership experience in the bakery or food industry
- Comprehensive experience in operational production processes
- Familiarity with key performance indicators
- Knowledge of HACCP and quality management
- Confident, competent, and communicative with a professional demeanor
- Proactive and solutionoriented with a handson mentality
