Make a difference as a Branch Manager (m/f/d) in Nashua, MT:

  • You lead and develop your
    innovative and high-performing team in the
    Medical department at our location in Karlsruhe
  • You
    independently manage your branch as a profit center
  • You and your team work to improve the
    individual conditions of our caregivers and ensure that our clients have their
    services reliably staffed
  • You
    acquire new
    customers and
    caregivers through your communicative and reliable personality in sales, and further expand the close,
    personal relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and social organizations

As a Branch Manager (m/f/d), you bring:

  • A big heart for nursing and caregivers
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Branch Manager, Service Center Manager, or Department Manager in the staffing industry or in the field of HR
  • Alternatively, several years of experience as a staffing specialist, sales consultant, staffing coordinator, temporary staffing manager, recruiter, onsite manager, or HR manager
  • Experience in the medical and nursing field is desirable, but not required
  • A sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and a strong drive for success
  • An empathetic and openminded approach, as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a passion for service
  • Quick comprehension and a selfsufficient and proactive work style
