We are looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the procurement of all equipment and spare parts on the factory premises
  • Obtaining quotes
  • Initiating measures to eliminate internal and external missing parts
  • Participation in the optimization of spare parts management while adhering to processes
  • Monitoring of KPIs and satisfaction of internal customers
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Daily communication with our suppliers, partners, and manufacturers from different countries
  • Consulting on new acquisitions, optimization of availability, extension of the life cycle of Airbus production equipment, and reduction of the risk of production downtime

Your profile:


  • Completed training in the field of plumbing, heating and air conditioning, industrial mechanics, automotive mechatronics, machine fitter, or similar
  • At least further education as a master, technician, or specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of dispatch/material procurement, precision mechanics, maintenance, jigs & tools, operational and strategic procurement, and supply chain
  • Good knowledge of SAP
