As a subsidiary of the Technical University of Berlin, TUBS GmbH organizes scientific conferences, trade fair participations, further education master's programs of TU Berlin, TU Berlin Summer & Winter School, and TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education. TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education (short: TU Berlin Academy) is the new umbrella brand of TU Berlin for part-time academic education. As part of lifelong learning, TU Berlin opens its broad professional competence and scientific expertise to professionals and companies as one of the largest technical universities in Germany. Under the motto "better qualified for a better world", courses are offered in German and English, in flexible formats and currently in the subject areas of Data Science, Engineering & Mobility, Sustainability, Management & Leadership. The establishment of TU Berlin Academy has been successfully completed, now the goal is to establish it sustainably in the market and to further develop it, especially in the context of B2B offerings.

Position

In the context of a personnel change, we are filling the position of Director of TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education. Starting immediately, 100% (part-time possible), initially limited to 2 years, with the aim of permanent employment.

Your tasks

· Business development for TU Berlin Academy including market and competition analysis, further development of programs and partnerships, as well as strategy development and operational planning

· Sales management and further development of sales concepts
