The iconic brand featuring the two lovable Ampelmännchen has become world-renowned in just 28 years. With over 80 employees, the success of these cult figures continues to grow every day.

AMPELMANN GmbH is a medium-sized design company specializing in the development of emotional lifestyle products centered around the Ampelmännchen, turning a simple traffic sign into a cultural icon.

Behind the Ampelmann stands a dedicated team. The product range featuring the two Ampelmännchen includes over 600 items.

Customers from all over the world can discover the world of the Ampelmännchen in six AMPELMANN shops (Hackesche Höfe, Berliner Dom, Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden, Kranzler Eck, and Hauptbahnhof).

In the Ampelmann's home city of Berlin, there is also a café located in the Unter den Linden shop.

Graphic Designer (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:


  • Conceptualization and design of new AMPELMANN products and packaging
  • Graphic development of existing products
  • Graphic support for our six retail shops and café
  • Graphic support for AM
