In this position, you will be responsible for our residential projects in the Hamburg region.

Your tasks

You lead and coordinate employees in the region (project managers, internal & external sales staff, commercial staff) at the Hamburg location
You are responsible for the strategic development of a marketoriented project portfolio and work closely with the internal construction department
You report directly to the management and work closely with them, and are responsible for the projects in your region
You ensure the work processes and budget and forecast planning of your region within our management system
You observe and analyze the regional real estate market and draw the right conclusions from it

Your profile

You have already gained extensive experience in a similar position and have a thorough understanding of the regional real estate market
You have built a network and are able to interact confidently with business partners
In leadership positions, you see yourself as a motivating role model and mentor
Your friendly communication and negotiation skills set you apart
You have successfully completed studies in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture, or similar
You have fluent English skills and are willing to travel
