Currently, we are looking for you in Freiburg as an EHS Specialist for Energy Management (m/f/d) at our location in Freiburg, permanent employment.


What to expect:

  • Responsibility for budget planning and management of energy costs at the site
  • Implementation of a priceoptimized procurement strategy for electricity, gas, and pellets
  • Leadership of the energy team at the site and participation in the environmental circle
  • Monthly recording and analysis of energy consumption and reporting of corresponding data
  • Ensuring normcompliant implementation and maintenance of an energy management system according to DIN ISO 5000
  • Initiation and management of energy efficiency projects
  • Consulting of departments on increasing energy efficiency and accompanying technical measures
  • System administrator for the Messdas energy monitoring system
  • Conducting internal audits and organizing and accompanying external certifications
  • Close cooperation with EHS colleagues, Net-Zero Manager, operations engineers, operators, plant managers, and the service provider for Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
  • Conducting employee training in the field of energy management

What you bring:
