Learning Coordinator
is
the
administrator for educational records in the
Learning Management System
(LMS)
for Columbia Association
.
The person
is
responsible for
m
anaging enrollments
,
reporting
on course completions
,
creating
promotional
communications
for learning activities
,
managing class and facilitator schedules,
and
providing
LMS training and support
.
Responsibilities:
Provide
e
nrollment management
,
scheduling,
reporting,
training, and
general
s
upport
Develop
engaging
promotional
communications and materials
for
learning activities
Manage class
schedules
and facilitator
assignments
Maintain
class
materials and supplies; prepare student and facilitator materials
Support
production
of
monthly e-newsletter
Assist
with various
departmental
administrative functions
as needed
Experience:
Administrative support in a training setting preferred
Training or facilitation experience preferred
Knowledge of learning management systems preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft applications preferred
Demonstrated ability to produce promotional materials
preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
required
Education:
High school diploma
