We are looking for you as our Branch Manager (m/f/d) in Elrod, NC.


In this full-time role, you will use your expertise, network, and our 50 years of experience to strategically and operationally support our location.

You know what you're doing, and you do it with empathy, passion, and personal commitment.

We would be delighted if you:

  • Are not afraid of maintaining contacts, acquiring new clients, and negotiating with them
  • Have experience in selecting and managing employees
  • Have experience in developing, implementing, and managing projects
  • Have experience working with the Employment Agency and (municipal) job centers
  • Have knowledge of SGB II and SGB III
  • Are reliable, independent, and goaloriented
  • Have excellent communication skills and social competencies
  • Are familiar with the job market and job boards
  • Enjoy participating in tenders and developing concepts
