Your responsibilities:

  • Work together with your team to maintain a clean store and provide a great shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you give your all and work with full dedication
  • Support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory, cleaning, and other tasks as needed

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with ideally some leadership experience such as shift management
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for motivating and inspiring others
  • Fast and efficient work style
  • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

  • Starting wage of at least $14.00 per hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
