We are a medium-sized, family-owned company founded in 1973 with headquarters in Herten, Germany and a sales subsidiary in Rankweil, Austria.


As a specialist in the production of fastening articles using injection molding, we offer a wide range of solutions for building envelope requirements.

Our product range includes insulation fasteners (WDVS anchors), window sill solutions, fastenings for electrical cables, and plastic anchors.

As a loyal partner to the WDVS industry, we distribute our certified IsoFux fastening systems through system holders with CE-compliant thermal insulation composite systems.


For our sales department (Europe, Switzerland, and beyond), we produce in Germany and are looking for long-term employees to strengthen our team...


Responsibilities:
\- Monitor/calculate inventory levels and place orders with consideration for delivery times

\- Track deliveries (overseas containers)

\- Place orders for operations managers, etc.

\- Maintain Excel lists for calculations and scheduling, etc.

\- Check incoming invoices and approve for payment

\- Prepare import sales tax for tax advisor

\- Plan USD purchases

\- Negotiate prices with suppliers


Qualifications:
\- Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, industry, or similar

\- Several years of professional experience

\- Excellent Excel skills

\- Very good written and spoken English

\- Technical understanding desirable
