We are looking for a skilled, open-minded, and well-organized Scrum Master to join our agile Tech team.


AT THINKSURANCE, EVERY DAY IS UNIQUE YOUR ROLE WILL
INCLUDE:

  • Managing project scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, and facilitating scrum ceremonies
  • Coaching and training team members in agile software development
  • Facilitating internal communication and promoting effective collaboration
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to manage backlogs and handle new requests
  • Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles
  • Assisting teams in implementing changes and ensuring highquality deliverables
  • Identifying and addressing impediments to team progress
  • Guiding development teams towards selfmanagement
  • Creating a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy their work

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Knowledge and experience with agile techniques
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong conflict management abilities
  • Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Curiosity and selfmotivation to learn about new technologies

Bonus skills:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in a Scaled Agile environment
  • Jira administration experience
