As a Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on SAP HCM, you will advise our clients on SAP HCM implementation for payroll (PY) or time management (PT).

This includes process design and optimization, as well as analysis, conception, implementation, and migration and integration processes for SAP ERP HCM solutions.

Your new job:

  • Support and advise our clients as (partial) project manager in optimizing and implementing their payroll/time management processes in HCM
  • Gathering customer requirements, moderating workshops, advising departments on the feasibility of requirements and expansion possibilities
  • Participation in acquiring new clients, supporting in the bidding process and accompanying presales meetings
  • Supporting our colleagues in knowledge and experience building and mentoring juniors
  • Further development of our services, tools, and templates in the mentioned area of responsibility

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification
  • Experience in customizing SAP HCM, including maintaining schemes and rules
  • Knowledge of legal basics of payroll, such as taxes
