Good morning, my name is Alejandra. In August, I had surgery on my left hand (a tendon was placed to support the joint) and my left elbow (the ulnar nerve was released). Recently (it is not known if it is due to this or another reason), I have been diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" in my left shoulder. I am currently undergoing rehabilitation, but I have been advised to do a lot of sports, gain strength and muscle mass to speed up my recovery.
I have previously done sports, but I have been on a two-year break due to all of this.

I am looking for someone to help me:
- Gain strength in general, but specifically in my left hand and arm (I have lost it completely due to the surgery).
- Gain muscle mass, also in general but specifically in my left arm.
- Tone my muscles.
- Do all of this "without causing harm", my arm still hurts a lot and my movement is limited. That's why I am looking for a professional who can guide me on what exercises to do and how to do them to improve my situation without making it worse.
