Then starting from August 1st, 2023, become our colleague at our School on the Way of St.

James in Eldon, OK with a full-time position as Department Head (m/f/d) for the Vocational Preparation and Entry into the Workforce Programs (VAB and BEJ) with a workload of 100% and the reference number SbJ-Bä030223.

In our 1-year special vocational school for vocational preparation (VAB) and the special form of the vocational entry year (BEJ), we educate approximately 70 young people with hearing and speech impairments or autism spectrum disorder, 90% of whom live in our boarding schools.

What to expect from us:

You will be responsible for personnel management and development, promoting communication and cooperation with all those involved in school life.
You will be in charge of budget planning and management.
You will work closely with the boarding school department of Paulinenpflege.
You will be responsible for teaching and learning: organizing and developing learning processes.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of the school development process.
You will have a teaching obligation of 8 teaching hours.
