E.ON Inhouse Consulting is seeking a Principal (M/F/d) with a focus on Digital Retail Transformation to join our team in Washington Heights, NY.

As the trusted advisor to the top leadership of E.ON, we are on a mission to create the blueprint for the energy transition of Europe and beyond.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our most important energy transformation projects and providing your expertise to support digital retail transformation and energy retail.

You will analyze complex issues facing the energy sector and develop strategic and operational solutions for our energy retail business.

Working closely with the ECON management team, you will lead projects and ensure excellent results and high customer satisfaction. You will also develop long-term relationships with our customers and act as a sparring partner for top management.

We are looking for someone with an excellent university degree and at least seven years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in digital retail transformation.

Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus.

You should have a deep understanding of digital sales channels and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
