Full-time, unlimited remote possible Technical Support in 52068 Aachen

As part of our Technical Support team, you will assist various real estate companies in optimizing their use of onOffice CRM software. This includes configuring individual settings, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features.

onOffice has been a leader in digitizing the real estate industry in Europe for over 20 years. As an IT support employee (m/f/d), you will be the main point of contact for our customers. Working closely with our specialist teams, you will find solutions to meet their specific needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert advice to our experienced real estate agent customers on how to best organize their data and properties in our CRM application
Offering training and support for users to configure their software settings
Creating document templates for customers, such as cover letters and property listings
Coordinating customer requests for 2nd level support with our software development and administration teams
