A well-known Japanese trading house is seeking an HR Manager to join their Düsseldorf office.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources tasks for the German office. Additionally, they will support the daily tasks of the General Affairs department and work closely with the General Manager and other department managers.

The successful candidate will have experience in both HR generalist duties and strategic HR. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to further their career.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time (6-month probation period)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours/week

SALARY: up to €60K, depending on experience, plus benefits

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Dusseldorf (Hybrid working style)

HR Manager MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment and retirement

• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff

• Conduct new employee orientation

• Conduct exit interviews

• Maintain employee database
