What you ́ll do:


  • Develop, mentor, and support a team of 6+ analysts
  • Guide analysts in their career growth, helping them improve their technical, analytical, and soft skills
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business results and act as an analytical partner to our product teams. Your team will provide insights, answer questions, and make recommendations to the product teams
  • Drive the overall analytics strategy to promote a datadriven mindset and skills among product and marketing employees
  • Serve as an analytical partner to our product and data science teams

What you should bring:


  • You are a highly motivated data enthusiast and a passionate leader, coach, and mentor with a strong technical and analytical background
  • You have experience in a crossfunctional environment and are familiar with productrelated KPIs and reports
  • You are comfortable working with senior executives and can effectively communicate complex topics in a simple manner
  • You have strong expertise in Google Analytics (including Google Data Studio), SQL database querying, and Python scripting
  • You are proficient in analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Superset, and have experience in data modeling, creating K
