We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our new second branch in Cologne - Schildergasse, located in Danvers, MN.

This position, reporting to the Branch Manager, requires a friendly and passionate individual who can provide a unique and top-notch customer experience and take on the daily operations of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Achieving sales targets
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Fulfilling all branch operations, such as receiving deliveries, recording start and end of work shifts, conducting inventories, restocking inventory, etc.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure a healthy, safe, and clean work environment
Conducting cash transactions in accordance with established procedures
Handling complex customer inquiries
Assisting the leadership team in coaching and mentoring new team members
Taking responsibility for the branch in the absence of the manager, including opening and closing for short periods of time
Performing other reasonable tasks assigned by the branch leadership team

Basic requirements:

Similar experience in keyholder roles (opening and closing the branch), preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand
Demonstrating strong customer service skills
Salesoriented mindset goaldriven and able to support the team in achieving business objectives
Possessing a good understanding of team leadership and sales promotion
Maintaining a professional yet authentic and confident demeanor.
