The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a
Laboratory Technician within the IAM Lab, a multidisciplinary research-to-practice initiative from the Pedersen Brain Science Institute at Johns Hopkins University.

The mission is to advance the field of arts, health, and well-being.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conducting and catalyzing highimpact, interdisciplinary, translational research
  • Synthesizing and amplifying existing research and best practices from the clinic to the community
  • Developing practical, effective resources and learning tools to support the field
  • Providing the institutional home at Hopkins for research/practice at intersections of arts and health
  • Data analysis, including statistical analyses and/or coding for qualitative studies
  • Write/edit materials for publishing.
  • Meeting minutes (take notes during meetings/events).
  • Upload and organize files, paperwork, etc. on Shared Drive.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or graduation equivalent with some science coursework.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate from technical institute or internship experience.
  • Training Certificate from Technical Institute.

Starting Salary Range:
$ $23.00 HRLY (Commensurate with experience)
